There is some truth to this, actually about the Russians. Wikileaks received sensitive information about the DNC from Seth Rich, a DNC staffer who was murdered thereafter, and their stonewalling of Sanders during the primary. The Russians did take advantage of this information that was released publicly in the Guccifer files (I was able to download some of them) and which I believe had a role in her defeat. The Russians supported Trump who has personal business dealings with him and as we know cozied up to Putin.
