I have been thinking the same thing: "I am convinced that the reason the Fake News has been so pathetically unwilling to engage Trump in any degree of serious journalistic discussion or debate is because they are afraid that if he wins the election, they will all lose access to the Oval Office, and without that access many of their jobs will go kaput."

I watch Newsnation and it seems of late they are going easy on Trump compared to earlier, letting pundits like the conservative blowhard Bill O'Reilly have the last word, giving more time to MAGA analysts, and Cuomo worrying about the effect of attacking Trump on his family.
