I don't have all the facts, but didn't Cuomo transfer COVID patients to nursing homes because the hospitals in NY were running out of space, with so many people getting COVID there because it was an entry point for people coming from overseas? It wasn't intentional and done because of lack of information about how COVID affected the elderly. Am I wrong on that?
